@ashleyschendel My wife's Aunt still lives in the house she bought in the 60s. Maybe 900 SF one bath, tiny kitchen 3 10' x10' bedrooms. They made a bedroom in the attic with pulldown stairs and raised 4 kids there.

@Cant_Be_Rated He absolutely won't be granted a retrial over video the jury saw and considered. Appellate courts don't look at whether they agree with the jury. They only look at questions of law, the judge's decisions, etc.

@FedPoasting Any reprobate attorney could tell you too. My wife owns something like a 1/25 interest in a landlocked parcel in Wyoming that is leased for grazing rights. I think she gets like $50 a year but it ensures we can't file taxes free online, but some of the cousins won't sell. Dumb.
