I really don’t understand why Insurance Companies like @Cigna deny a prescription refill, that they have been covering for over a year ( type one Diabetes) because they need a preauthorization letter. Worst insurance company in the world. They Suck!!!

I keep it in the fridge for 24 hours. I smoke it at 225' degrees until internal temp between 100' - 105', I fire the Webber up with moderate amount of Charcoal, when lightly gray and flames still lipping the cooking grate, I throw the Ribeye right on the flame area, 3-4 minutes a side. Most people will think you are burning it, but the nice light char on the outside and the rare+ on the inside makes for a fantastic texture and flavor to the steak. 2 other tips, let the steak settle for 5 - 10 minutes before cutting, and the Ribeye needs to be at least 2 inches thick. I prefer a Texas Cut Bone in myself or a 2 inch thick Bison Ribeye.

I live about 5 miles from Space X (McGregor Tx) location, and there is a private Executive Airport within the city limits, about 3 times a month I see one of Elon Space X private jets there, sometimes 2-3 Jets at once, and one of them is a Black Dessault with the 3 Engines. I don't know enough about Private Jet Companies to know if Dessault make both 2 and 3 Engine Jets...

My wife attempted to have all 3 children natural... the first one started to show neo heartbeat loss around hour 15 at 6 cm. They brought in the anesthesiologist and convinced her to do the Epidural, was a horrible experience, only worked on one side of her body. She had the last 2 children natural with only a local for the episiotomy... says she would do the Natural way over and over.
