@VirginAtlantic very poor delays all through the flight vs157 yesterday. App didn’t work, chaos at Heathrow Terminal 3 due to baggage belts not operating , then put on flight at 1225 for 1300 take off. Left at 1345. Arrived Logan, no gate, 30 minute delay. Transfer missed. Poor.
