The hesitancy was mostly directed at Trump/his admin. Cuomo said he would not trust the FDA. He's wrong. I trust the FDA because they rely on independent scientists.

Those data are being generated by 100's if not 1000's of scientists, the vast majority of whom are honest and are increasing our understanding of the SARSCoV-2 virus.

Sure, the initial message was not to wear masks. Now we have solid data that masks, if properly worn, make a difference. New data, new methods. Thank you science!
