Look at the screenshots from September 2025. The 15 penalty points are still stuck as 'enforcement in progress' eight months later. When I mistakenly switched to 'Ship by TikTok' and the Shopify sync failed, I didn't hide. I reached out to support, and we manually fixed every single order. Your system never released those flags. I am certain these two 8-month-old violations, permanently stuck 'in progress,' are the exact reason I am blocked from campaigns and why my Collaboration Plans are blocked by a falsely inflated VOC index.

To make matters worse, I woke up yesterday to a new Enforcement Action (ID: 764185055186870541) for 'unusual activity.' This was triggered purely because my sales naturally fluctuated from 2 orders to 5. Your automated backend is literally penalizing my store for trying to grow out of a glitch it created.

Duma Mbili LLC went from thriving to being suffocated by this loop. We lost our warehouse because of this. Over years of selling here, shipping almost 30,000 orders with 100% delivery and over 20,020 Reputation Points, NOT ONE customer has ever opened a case against us. My account health is excellent, my customers love us, but your database is killing us. Please get a human engineer to review this raw data and manually clear these stuck 2025 points and yesterday's false flag today. I just want my store back.
