@only_clickbait@Mill_Moron They are typically rental units so a Family can't buy them. Each unit is also substantially smaller than the existing single family homes.
@p1huycke@jhajbro1@JakeLandauTO People live in homeless shelters and people live on the streets. Are those homes or is that an unfortunate situation? Homes should be affordable and be able to be purchased outright without paying rent to a landlord. Renting is a form of enslavement!
@ambermac lol. You obviously know nothing about heat pumps then! Anything below -15c requires an additional backup source of heating... Not really the best choice for a northern climate. I have work on several heat pump projects and they have all be disastrous.
@DrJaredWesley I will be complaining about the property tax increases, have nothing to do with infill. City Council has been on a spending spree that's why our property taxes will be increasing. @jesseforyeg
@GrowTogetherYEG@ABDanielleSmith What greedy developers are you working for? Taking affordable single family homes off the market to build 8 plex rental properties is not what Edmonton families want.
@DianaSteele Even before this change City Council was anticipating a huge property tax increase due to there excessive spending habits. This gives him the perfect out to blame the province!
@hornycatdad1989@palgarian Lol. I am defiantly not an air head and more than willing to debate this without throwing low IQ insults. Try using your prefrontal cortex sometimes.
@carter_AB Why no to the nine??? Have you even read the nine questions? Why not post some facts rather than a slick slogan, or is that all your simpleton brain can come up with?
@AndrewKnack If you want to play Federal and Provincial politics resign as mayor. Otherwise get back to focusing on Municipal issues such are core services and reducing taxes.
