Releasing my @Procreate Sketching Brush!
This brush pack contains only one brush that I have spent months tweaking. Every single thing has been tweaked to something that fully clicks with me - and hopefully you as well.
All I'm asking for in return is a retweet ❤️
Very on-brand for me to go on a 3-year search for the perfect Procreate pencil brush, only to circle back and realise the built-in brush is all I need.
@Arekkz no worries man, just drop me a message if you want to chat about it. This was me like 3 years ago and I decided to just go for it... and made plenty of mistakes that I could help you avoid😅
@Arekkz and most importantly - don't be arrived to fail! It's a really long journey so enjoy the small achievements along the way. I started about 3 years ago now and still struggle but have so much fun doing it.
@Arekkz try at least 30 mins a day, Youtube is your best friend (Proko, Marco Bucci, Sinix), draw what interests/inspires you, make small goals to improve in chunks - don't try it all on at once. Start each session by doing 5 mins of draftsman exercises to loosen up!
@designCaitlin I decided to switch it up to avoid that sad feeling and celebrate Dad's life on his birthday now rather than the date of passing, which has helped. Also, hearing stories from his old friends has been absolutely priceless.
More class notes. A fun way to learn about lighting is by treating your scene like a miniature set. Entertainment lighting is rarely "realistic." Instead, multiple lights are used to achieve desired moods. Use b/w flatly lit stock photos and relight them via stage lights.
