Boba was stolen out of her owner’s Tesla in Oakland back on April 28th near Jack London Square. After 6 weeks, she was reunited. Boba’s owner Toya Zheng says she was contacted by a woman in Antioch who found Boba abandoned at a dog park. #kron4 @kron4news
