This level of negligence and indifference exhibited by @nimc_ng is highly disappointing to say the least. This is a body maintained by tax payers' money and yet very unaccountable. @officialABAT @otegaogra . @EngrAbisoye and his team are taking Nigerians for granted.

@MTNNG I tried the first method, I got message that it is unsuccessful. I used SMS method, I got "invalid request". What's the problem?
