I’m a London Uber Eats courier renting a Zoomo e-moped. My insurance has been repeatedly rejected because it supposedly doesn’t cover food delivery, despite being provided through a partner scheme.
I’ve uploaded documents many times but no response!!!!!!

I rented a e-moped from zoomo which is partnered with uber eats to promote their “go green” scheme. I’m paying £80 a week to get no help from live chat and my insurance document gets rejected auto!
Absolutely fuming, can’t even call them also!
