@thetrainline is a bonkers organisation. They've emailed me re: a recent trip telling me to claim £16 for delay. But everything ran on time. Tried to phone but "Automan" told me it can't handle the matter. Their email is "no-reply". Inclined to go ahead & "Request compensation"!

Just settled down to enjoy Series 2 of The Gilded Age. The costumes are stunning but I can't hear what people are saying because of the almost constant, overbearing and dreary music playing in the background. Terribly sad.

Just had one of these. A more appropriate name for this product is "Seriously NASTY"! Filling almost non-existent and whatever flavour it might have is overwhelmed by the stale tasting pastry. Hideous. I'll steer well clear in future!

@AskNationwide I am unable to withdraw a small amount from my savings account to my nominated account using the app. I complained yesterday, followed the instructions given precisely and still it won't work. Thinking I will get out of Nationwide unless someone helps me now!

@currys Just been to your Ipswich store to buy a printer. When I confirmed my requirements I was told I could not possibly have a machine of that specification as I am not a business customer. That's discrimination. Only just retired but already you have me on the scrap heap!
