@finto35 Oh without a doubt there is a huge amount of positive cases not being registered. You are spot on there..

@finto35 It’s effective when someone who’s actively checking in and has contact tracing turned on, and they update their positive status. Then they can trace close contacts and notify through app. Those positivity numbers are within the active user cohort, that’s why It’s low

@finto35 1.3 downloaded it but there’s only around 60K check ins a day. Plenty have contact tracing switched off too (fear of tracking their phone) if someone tests positive and then downloads the app to log their positive status there will be no way to trace close contacts
