It shortens internal property names to reduce bundle size. This was a missing piece for some projects moving to Vite 8, and it’s finally here.

@kolovskydev Yeah, this is the tricky bit. Oxc can’t know whether a property is part of a JSON payload or used via reflection. You choose which names to mangle and reserve or exclude anything public or dynamic. It only changes matching uses that it can see.
