Independent Councillor Paddy Holohan with an important message. If there is one thing you resist in 2026, resist the government's plan to link Digital ID to social media. If they get this over the line, we will be transposed into a totalitarian surveillance society in Ireland whereby everything you do online can be monitored, tracked and traced back to your Public Services Card and PPS number. This is wide open to abuse by successive governments and could be used to implement a social credit system, where your access to social welfare benefits and right to work could be restricted if you step out of line. As Paddy rightly says, the government are attempting to instil in the psyche of the people that this is all about the protection of children. The thinking people of Ireland know that the government have demonstrated time and time again that they do NOT care about the welfare of children. 2. Former asylum seeker Hassan Ali Gori, was charged this week with the murder of 89-year-old of Irish woman Josephine Ray, in Tipperary on August 4th 2024

3. Ahmed Abdirahman who was living in Dublin at Kinlay house, 4 Lord Edward Street, Dublin, is accused of murdering Mary Ward on September 25th, 2024 in Belfast. He is currently awaiting trial in the Central Mental Hospital.

How many Somalis have been granted live to remain and Irish citizenships by Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil.
