11/14: Emily Hernandez, 25, a Missouri resident known for her involvement in the January 6 Capitol attack, was recently sentenced to 10 years in prison for causing a fatal drunk driving accident.

On January 5, 2022, Hernandez was driving on the wrong side of the highway with a blood-alcohol content of 0.20% when she collided with another vehicle, resulting in the death of 32-year-old Victoria Wilson and injuring Wilson's husband.

Prior to this incident, Hernandez had been pardoned for her actions during the Capitol riot, where she was notably photographed holding a broken nameplate from then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office.
