I don’t like doing this, but I’ve always heard about big accounts gatekeeping, and today, I experienced it firsthand.

Earlier today, I shoot my shot at @victorosimhen9 by tagging him purely out of admiration for how he represents the Nigerian flag. I asked him for a Galatasaray jersey and pitched @abazwhyllzz as the vendor, as one of the big and reputable accounts selling jerseys here ❤️

He responded and promised me a signed Champions League jersey 🙏🔥. He also said he will get 15 additional jerseys from Abazz for me to share.

Now here’s where things got interesting. I reached out to Abazz via DM and, to my surprise, he said he had already selected winners on his page, which was obviously not true. I asked why he would do that when he was meant to be the vendor.

I then messaged @Thetifefab, who told me to discuss with Abazz and he handled the payment for the jerseys (Abazz confirmed receiving payment for the 15 jerseys).

Upon receiving the money for the jerseys, Abazz asked that we move the conversation to WhatsApp, and I assumed it was to discuss delivery.

Instead, Abazz called me and kept on insisting he will be the one to share the jerseys, which I didn’t agree to. After further discussion, he proposed a split, he takes 8, I take 7. I declined and ended the call. He kept calling, but I insisted we continue via chat instead.

I reiterated that I was the one who tagged Osimhen, he responded to my tweet, and Abazz only came into the picture because I tagged him as the vendor, and he has already been paid for the jerseys.

Attached to this tweet is evidence of our conversations via X DMs and WhatsApp.

I’m not here to cause drama, just asking for transparency and fairness, not only for myself but for everyone who participated in good faith 💯

The first time I took a stroll through Manchester, I had an existential crisis.
All the hustle culture that I brought with me from Nigeria died there for a minute. It was as if they took my purpose away, and it's now like, what? What do I live for?
It hit me differently because all my life, I've lived and been hustling to get rich, get as much money as I can so that I can secure the future of my generation(tho it was going to be through legal means). A typical Nigerian mindset, right? Disgusting.
But now that you are in an environment where our Nigerian luxuries are basic amenities, now what? What is the point of amassing a crazy amount of wealth when I can live comfortably without tripping my hustle?

So, while I was at it, I realized I don't need to hustle like that, the system will take care of the kids and their future. All they need to do is just do the right thing and everything will be fine. I can be my doctor in peace, take on a normal shift, and enjoy life. No need to learn forex, coding, or copywriting.
I don't need to pack the whole world to feel secure as I would in Nigeria.
Come to think of it, being a medical doctor is a lot on its own, trying to double and triple your hustle on it is suicide. This is by the way.

I came to the conclusion that we are here to worship God and enjoy life. We are not here to make money, money is a tool to achieve God's work in a normal system. But you see in Nigeria, money is needed to make you feel secure.

I snapped back to reality the moment I landed at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, took that bolt ride, and entered the road to Lagos. Now, I'm back to the getting stinkingly rich mindset till I leave this shit hole.

Nigeria has damaged a lot of us and it is a pity that a lot of us can't see it.

We all watched this video of this young man

And I’m sure we all cried along with him

Here are a few things that caught my attention

💡He was crying like he had been praying for a long time. I don’t know about you but as I watched the video, he looked like he could not believe God was actually coming through. His shock was like “wait so God has been hearing my prayers and this is the answer?”

God hears and answers o, what are the odds that out of the myriads of people, the helpers came to him? Dont stop praying

💡His miracle found him working. I don’t know if this guy would have found him if he stayed at home that day. If he decided that since he did not have the tools for the craft he wanted to do then he would not do anything. But he was out packing cartons and stuff just to make a few bucks and that’s where his miracle was

Don’t despise the days of little beginnings. Don’t throw away the rod that is in your hand. The miracle may be in that rod.

💡When He was asked what he wanted, he mentioned the tools he needs for business. Because they could give him food for that day an that food would finish. But he asked for something he knew that even if the helper left, he could still sustain himself. And from that he got way more than he asked for. I heard that people are still calling him and sending him money.

It’s giving Solomon only asked for wisdom and was given so much more. It’s giving “seek ye first the kingdom and all else will be added”

💡I’m sure what made all of us cry was his gratitude. It was the way he was rolling and giving thanks. I don’t know if the helper wanted to go as far as he did for the boy. But the way the boy was showing gratitude for the smallest thing , the helper kept doing more. A lot of people watching kept doing more.

There’s nothing more beautiful than a grateful heart. If humans can be so moved by thanksgiving, then imagine how much more God is moved when we show gratitude for the things He does and wil do for us.

I pray that God puts us in the position to help others. A life lived only for yourself is not a very good life.

We should be a blessing to others.

What you consider little might be life changing for someone else

How to set goals and achieve them.

I learned this from Jim Rohn years ago, and it completely changed how I approach goals.

Most people set goals wrong.
They focus on what they'll get.
But the real value isn't what you get, it's who you become while chasing it.

When you set a goal to make $100k, the money itself is not the point.
The point is the skills you build,
the discipline you develop,
he person you have to become to earn that $100k.

Rohn became a millionaire at 31, lost it all by 33, and realized the knowledge and values he gained were worth more than the money.

You can lose money.
You can't lose who you became to earn it.

This is why setting "easy goals" are dangerous.

If your goal doesn't force you to grow, read, stretch, or change, you're wasting time.

The goal should scare you a little.
It should require a version of you that doesn't exist yet.

That gap between who you are and who you need to become is where the real value lives.

The achievement and results are just proof you closed the gap.

So, If the promise (the future you design) is clear and powerful, the price (the work, the sacrifice, the discipline) becomes easy to pay.

But for that to happen, you must be clear.

Clarity requires specificity.
Not "I want to be successful."
That's vague.

Write down exactly what you want.

Income number.
Skills.
Places.
People you want to meet.

Then keep those old lists.

Looking back at goals from 5 years ago shows you how much you've evolved.

Some things you thought were critical won't even again. That's how you track your growth.

That process of writing, pursuing, and revising goals is what shapes you into someone capable of bigger goals.

Who you become at goal 1 makes goal 2 possible.
Who you become at goal 2 makes goal 10 possible.

The money, the status, the achievement are receipts.

So do this today:
Take 15 minutes today.
Write down exactly what you want in 2026.
Be specific.
Income number.
Skills you want to learn.
Places you want to visit.
eople you want to meet.

Don't edit yourself.
Just write.

Then ask:
What version of me would need to exist to make this happen?

That gap between current you and that person is your work for the year.

Set goals that scare you.
Set goals that force you to become someone you're not yet.

Because in 5 years, you won't care about what you got. You'll care about who you became.
