Lakes Mead and Powell are headed to unprecedented lows in the next year, according to BoR May 24-month study. Powell will hit 3525', about 6 maf or 25% next April 1. Mead headed to 1048' or 7.6 maf (27%) Dec 31. Very large delivery shortages (500 to 600 kaf) in AZ in 2023.
