🍃 We had the privilege of learning from Chloe Lucas during a session on Human-Wildlife Conflict—an issue that's becoming increasingly urgent in conservation work.

Meet Gaby Rezende - DESMAN alumn who works with Black Lion Tamarins (BLT) in the Atlantic Forest.
The team at IPE (Institute for Ecological Research) came up with a long-term plan which includes planting forest corridors to expand natural ranges and the translocation of BLT groups to boost genetics in local populations.
📚 This course offers participants an introduction to the steps and key processes in the Conservation Standards cycle. The interactive course balances learning the theory with putting it into practice, working in small groups and with a real-world example.

🌿 The Conservation Standards is an adaptive management tool developed specifically for conservation, used by practitioners across the world to plan and manage their conservation programmes more effectively.
