@joecarp4@CBS@CBSSports And I’m not just some dude complaining. I run audio for a 6k seat venue with budget speakers. BTN, ESPN, FS1, and Flo broadcast our events. I also have my hearing tested every week when I get paid to test how well various audio and hearing protection attenuates external sound.
@joecarp4@CBS@CBSSports I wanted it to sound like The Masters. Like it has every year before. But this year sounded like there was an open mic somewhere. It was so bad, I turned it down to where I could barely hear the commentary, but your bird tracks were still crystal clear.
@joecarp4@CBS@CBSSports Me and the rest of X complaining??? Also, I don’t know how my home system would be configured to adjust the gain on individual audio channels from broadcast TV. The ambient noise was way too loud, it was overpowering the commentators. No problems watching anything else.
@TomKrisko@angelokwolek__@PSUBarstool That’s the problem. They built up momentum and had Shrews stayed and continued to win attendance would have grown. Instead the bottom fell out yet again. Consistent winning is what will get better attendance.
@ShaneSparksBTN@T_Ram133 Talk to an NCAA athletic trainer, they’ll tell you there’s a solution to stop most of these bleeds, but they aren’t allowed to use it.
Was supposed to host Thanksgiving dinner. @firstenergycorp decided that was a bad idea. They’re turning our power off from 10am-3pm for SCHEDULED maintenance. Scheduled. On Thanksgiving. #Thankful#givethanks
@firstenergycorp And yet you’re turning our power off for SCHEDULED maintenance from 10am-3pm on THANKSGIVING. 363 other non-major family gathering for the holidays days to choose from, but you gotta do it when the turkey is supposed to be in the oven. Thanks.
@amuse@PeteHegseth Well this is what you’d get if you bought them from one of the rack builders. Matches what’s on his uniform, minus the NASA medals which do go after these.
