@JetBlue Hello, I am on flight number 1394 leaving 9/29 from Nassau to FLL. The airport is shut down but it’s still showing my flight is not cancelled yet. Please provide update. Traveling with large group.

@JetBlue You guys have kept us on this flight for 4 hrs, that’s criminal and against department of transportation rules and guidelines. The door is open and the humidity in the plane is an issue and causing the water on the side to drip. Let’s us off this plane and issue a full credit

@JetBlue I am on flight # 1393 FLL to NAS. Was supposed to leave at 11:00 AM and they have kept us on the plane for 3 hours and 40 minutes. Making us deplane now and get on another flight. I am requesting a credit for the amount of my flight + food. You can DM directly here
