@johnnytimpson1@LucyJMcDaid Actually it was not found to be unsafe. It ran out of time. Bringing it back allows more scrutiny not less. FWIW I don't like the bill but I still accept that this is well within the process
@CliffGagliardo@PaulBrandITV They felt it would look bad to do it on the day of the kings speech or just before as it would make it look awkward for Charles (and thus look badly for them)
@Alex04687961@RollsRoyce Was on the same train. Also reported it. He reduced at one other passenger to tears. Police confirmed that they are investigating. Really hope @RollsRoyce investigate as well
@panda030864@PaulBrandITV But how would you feel if they as unelected representatives blocked a bill you did agree with and strongly felt should pass? Because you have to accept it both ways if you support them doing this. For what it's worth I'm neutral on the bill
@BurgerKingUK Why can't I add an extra patty to the bacon double cheeseburger xl via the app but I can do it from the machines in store? The option is there on the app but greyed out
@Aries00000003@MattStark1991@snitchin_bubs@JakeSherman@elonmusk You do realise that in many cases that surplus is simply because the population of many countries is much smaller than the US. Imagine country A with population 60m makes a product and sells it for 1 dollar to the US population of 330m makes a totally different product 1/2
@Aries00000003@MattStark1991@snitchin_bubs@JakeSherman@elonmusk And sells that product back to country A for a 1 dollar. For the sake of argument let's s say everyone in A buys the US product. That's $60m dollars. And everyone in us buys A's product. That's $330m and a defecit of $270m. Because population is much lower 2/2
@shanebrown74@bbclaurak As I believe it was front page news on the BBC for over 24 hours and this is something like the tenth article on their Web page I'm pretty sure they're capable of reporting multiple news items at a time
