من خلال مشروع الاستجابة الطارئة في لبنان، الذي ينفذه التجمع النسائي الديمقراطي اللبناني بالشراكة مع منظمة كير الدولية (Care International) وبتمويل من التحالف الهولندي للإغاثة (Dutch Relief Alliance - DRA)، تم استهداف النساء والفتيات اللواتي نزحن من منازلهن بسبب الحرب، في عكار، وطرابلس، والبقاع.
يهدف هذا المشروع إلى تخفيف المعاناة والاستجابة للاحتياجات الأكثر إلحاحاً، لا سيما في مجالي الأمن الغذائي والحماية، للفئات المتضررة من الأزمة المستمرة في لبنان.
وقد شمل المشروع تنفيذ أنشطة متعددة، منها جلسات توعية حول العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعيّ والاستغلال الجنسيّ، وتوزيع حصص نظافة، حيث بلغ عدد الحصص الموزعة 2313 حصة.

Through the Emergency Response in Lebanon project, implemented by RDFL in partnership with Care International and funded by the Dutch Relief Alliance (DRA), the initiative targeted women and girls displaced from their homes due to the war, in Akkar, Tripoli, and Bekaa

The project aims to alleviate suffering and respond to the most urgent food and protection needs of those affected by the ongoing crisis in Lebanon

The activities carried out as part of this initiative included awareness sessions on gender-based violence and sexual exploitation as well as the distribution of hygiene kits, with a total of 2,313 kits distributed.

We are excited to share that as part of the #SomJR project, in partnership with @Oxfam and funded by @DutchRelief, @gredosom has successfully distributed a variety of seeds and essential gardening tools to 100 beneficiaries from smallholder farmers and #IYCF group members in internally displaced persons (IDPs) and host communities.

These beneficiaries, having undergone comprehensive training in kitchen gardening, are now empowered to grow vegetables at home, boosting food security and promoting self-sufficiency within their communities. This initiative is a key step toward building resilient, sustainable communities. 🌱
