I used to focus on sleep.

The clock hit 9, and I was off to bed.

I didn't like waking up with a headache, thought it was messing with my productivity.

Until I stayed up editing a video yesterday.

No sign of losing focus today, quite the opposite.

I'll sleep less from now on.

And it did feel like I hacked the system. Now I think 8 hours of sleep is overrated.

I can either sleep later or wake up sooner without compromising my productivity the following day.
