#GOH#DV2021#Gomez#Aker#DV2021. We have notified Judge Mehta that all counsel in Gomez case would like a faster hearing/earlier decision than the one he proposed to join together on July 13, 2021 with the Goh case. Now we wait. Again.
#DV2020 FAQ: When will Judge Mehta issue the final judgment in Gomez (and consolidated cases Mohammed, Fonjong, Kennedy, and Aker), revealing fate of the 9,095 DV numbers that he carried-over?
Answer: Judge Mehta gets to decide when to issue his order. We can only guess. 1/2
#DV2021#GohvBlinken has been assigned to Judge Mehta, which we believe is fortuitous for our case. He knows the issues. He knows DOS ignored his order on visa issuance for DVs, and he has reserved visas already for DV applicants. We now march forward.
#DV2020 who didnt get their visas yet. Share your stories below. We Know you suffered a lot and lost money. Some people are working very hard behind the scenes to help you out. Please help your self and help them as well.

Great news indeed. Unemployment rate decline from 14.6% in March 2020 to 6% in March 2021, getting very clsoe to the 3.8% before Covid. Driven by aggressive vaccination efforts.

Diversity Visa #DV2020 36k lost visas are not fully lost yet. An important & final court decision is expected in April/May. Don't give up,keep going

Big thanks to our lawyers @ckuck and @curtisatlaw for not forgetting about the remaining #DV2020 visas and fighting to claim all 35K visas. Very logical calculation showing 19,608 visas could have been processed normally before the court order.
Now let's hope judge Mehta listens.
#Aker along with #Fonjong#Mohammed and #Kennedy filed our Reply Brief for our Motion for Summary Judgement.
There is NO hearing date set yet and I don’t expect a final decision from Judge Mehta until mid-May. We also keep fighting to increase the 9,095. https://t.co/2cOxzWfBhe

Some social security offices don't accept appointments now but instead, can ask you to fill out a specific form and send it by post with your original passport but this can be risky as some people lost their passports when they did it this way 3/3
#DV2020 Visa holders. It could take up to 90 days from the date you were admitted or from the payment date if the payment was made after being admitted to receive your GC. If not received in 90 days, call USICS and file a service request to investigate.
SN should come 1/3
by itself within 3 weeks of being admitted as long as you selected that option in your DS 260. If not received; make an appointment with your local social security office to issue one using either your green card or original passport with visa if your GC is not received yet. 2/3
@FloridaHoussine Thanks, the question was about those who were subject to pp10014 but were able to enter before the proclamation was rescinded..those mostly travelled on 1 Jan 2021 or before
From the inbox: "Anyone with DV2020 visa travelled and admitted on Dec 31 or before/Jan 1st, while PP10014 was still in place? Please share your experience with the green card and social security card." You can DM as well!
