Fuck yoy @lufthansa airline you are violating policy and refusing to return tax amount for canceling a non refundable ticket. Refunding tax amount irrespective of ticket type is allowed as per aviation guidelines. But your customer agents seem to blatantly ignore this repeatedly

@UberEats my food order disappeared when driver was 5 mins away. My card was already charged. Customer support won’t Won’t patch me to supervisor for escalation. Waited for an hour for order. Now it’s 10pm restaurants are closed. I have to sleep hungry . No compensation provided.

@amazon my order is supposed to be delivered today and it’s status is updated as out for delivery. But neither on the app nor in the sms I can find any contact number of the delivery agent. Can’t find delivery agent contact number even in contact us section.
