🙏 MY HEARTFELT & URGENT APPEAL TO THE GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH 🙏

My name is Bharat, and I am currently in the USA, where I have been battling advanced Cancer- Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) for the last 4 years.

My doctors have told me that my condition is very critical and that I may not have much time left. At this stage of my life, I have just one heartfelt wish. I want to come back to my motherland, Andhra Pradesh, and spend the time I have left with my family and loved ones.

I want to see my family, be with them, and return home one last time. This wish is giving me the strength to keep fighting.

Because of my medical condition, I cannot safely travel on a regular commercial flight and urgently need medical air transportation/air ambulance assistance to travel from the USA to India.

🙏 Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh @ncbn , Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh @PawanKalyan and the Government of Andhra Pradesh @AndhraPradeshCM @apnrtsofficial , and the Government of India I humbly request you to please help me come home.

I am not asking for anything more than the chance to be with my family in my motherland during the time I have left.

Please help me fulfill this final wish. Your timely support could mean everything to me and my family. 🙏❤️

It is such a tragedy that in India, a person who is falsely accused of a crime, cannot file a case against the person who falsely accused him under laws meant to punish false accusers once he is declared innocent

It is only courts or police which can initiate proceedings under these laws and they rarely ever do

Advocate @AshwiniUpadhyay has filed a PIL regarding this in Supreme Court and notice has been issued

I really hope we see a fruitful outcome of this PIL.

किसी भाषा को जबरन थोपा जाना या किसी भाषा का आँख मूंदकर केवल विरोध किया जाना, दोनों ही प्रवृत्ति हमारे भारत देश की राष्ट्रीय और सांस्कृतिक एकता के मूल उद्देश्य को प्राप्त करने में सहायक नहीं हैं।

मैंने कभी भी हिंदी भाषा का विरोध नहीं किया। मैंने केवल इसे सबके लिए अनिवार्य बनाए जाने का विरोध किया। जब 'एनईपी-2020' (NEP-2020) खु�� हिंदी को अनिवार्य तौर पर लागू नहीं करता है, तो इसके लागू किए जाने के बारे में गलत बयानबाजी करना जनता को भ्रमित करने के अलावा और कुछ नहीं है।

'एनईपी-2020' (NEP-2020) के अनुसार, छात्रों के पास एक विदेशी भाषा के साथ-साथ कोई भी दो भारतीय भाषाएँ (अपनी मातृभाषा सहित) सीखने की सुविधा है। यदि वे हिंदी ��हीं पढ़ना चाहते हैं, तो वे तेलुगु, तमिल, मलयालम, कन्नड़, मराठी, संस्कृत, गुजराती, असमिया, कश्मीरी, ओडिया, बंगाली, पंजाबी, सिंधी, बोडो, डोगरी, कोंकणी, मैथिली, मैतेई, नेपाली, संथाली, उर्दू या कोई अन्य भारतीय भाषा चुन सकते हैं।

बहुभाषी नीति छात्रों को अधिकाधिक विकल्प प्रदान करने, राष्ट्रीय एकता को बढ़ावा देने और भारत की समृद्ध भाषायी विविधता को संरक्षित करने के लिए बनाई गई है। राजनीतिक एजेंडे के तहत इस नीति की गलत व्याख्या करना और यह दावा करना कि मैंने इसपर अपना रुख बदल दिया है, केवल पारस्परिक समझ की कमी को दर्शाता है।
