@kingreat@MSingg84501@JavierVeg_ But the niners doctors are the ones that have to pass him… pretty sure they could just say no just like the ravens failed Crosby physical
@akashanav He would have to pass a physical and the niners control if he passes or fails. So he could show they go on the NFI list and still not force anything. The niners could hold him til his contract expires if they really wanted to.
@ryanghensley It would be nice but the second Kyle hires him he would be on a ticking clock for when he gets fired. If he doesn’t produce they could move off Kyle and bring in another offensive mind and promote Schwartz. The NFL is shifting to defensive HC’s.
It would be nice but unlikely.
@MrFaithful49er@grantcohn But at what point do you get frustrated without winning… the biggest thing that is the hole on his resume as a coach is winning a Super Bowl. What if he doesn’t think he can here or it takes too much time to rebuild with all the aging stars.
@49ersfan4321972 @grantcohn Everyone is getting older and what youth do you really have in the important positions? This team needs depth at a lot of important areas : oline, safety, corner, wr.
@MrFaithful49er@grantcohn I’d love to have Kyle stay but I mean his value is at an all time high so it could be a discussion if it’s worth it to trade him.
@JS3sanchez_ This issue is true and bigger, the FO has done this for how many negotiations? They want every deal to be on their own terms but it seems to blow up when they don’t do what many would say is “cost of doing business”. They treat this team only for the source of cash flow. Not wins
