@YodelOnline @ASOS driver lied yesterday and said unable to deliver despite me being home, an hour on chat to supervisor last night and told will be delivered today - not out for delivery today - disgusting customer service and useless Helpdesk. I’m furious with your incompetence

@bookingcom hi, we have a villa booked through you for 3.6.20 who won’t waiver the cancellation fee as apparently your advice is only to do that up until 31.5.20 despite Ibiza having a 14/7 quarantine & the UK still advising not to fly unless essential - can you help? Thanks x
