@NationOfMarina I love the "Fear" side of things more, but To Be Human was the best on the "Love" side... Life is Strange is probably my favourite? Soft to be Strong is also a song that hits close to home for me
@LilySunday@AlboMP@sussanley Yeah shes the 2nd shortest leader of an Aussie party in oud history. Libs have a history of sniping leaders before they have momentum. They have several leaders under a year. Labor has 2 leaders who have served under 2 years. 1 which was 3rd PM Billy Hughes.
@ShaneNe78207066@NationOfMarina Well as a fellow Aussie, I can concur that barely anyone knows her here. Though I did have friends who have heard "Cuntissimo" through their musical zeitgeists this year. 🤷
@ShaneNe78207066@NationOfMarina I really like Family Jewels, but I think she's growing as an artist. I think production wise L+F is the weakest but has some of my favourite/most consistent lyrics. I think if I was ranking songs, there'd probably representations of all albums in my top 10 (except maybe Froot 😅)
@EQ__Online Yes!!! I speculated correctly! (There was totally an out of pocket theory and Annabel is no way good friends with the host at all that would suggest she would even be asked 🙈)
@JamesEsses I think trans women should be allowed to women only things. BUT if anyone (trans women, women themselves, staff members, etc) act in a way that makes others uncomfortable (other than just being there) then they should be asked to leave...
@TheDylanHeta 😭
From birth to 18 I lived in the same house and I always dreamed of moving, but in the past 8 years I've moved 12 times.
Never had a house sold under me though, but I relate to the pain of looking for a new place to live.
@Al3437425851812@salltweets Transv*stite is an outdated term, and is only used as a derogatory remark. Autogynophile is a whole different kettle of fish. Trans people are recognised by medical professionals to have gender dysphoria, with the best course of treatment being transitioning their gender.
@Al3437425851812@salltweets Stopped by whom? Yes anyone can "ring the alarm". But a trans woman can use the bathroom as it's intended and leave without causing harm to anyone. If someone were to cause harm that is a different story, but as it stands trans women aren't the problem. It's men.
@salltweets@nowrealstevie What's stopping men who don't "claim to be trans" just going into women's bathrooms?
Do you propose we do what that Security guard did in the news this week & tell any woman who doesn't fit the mould of femininity that she needs to "prove she's a woman"?
@edithgarrud@CF_Farrow But the article's headline doesn't state any abuse happened except a "trans person invaded my safe space" which isn't abuse. If there is a clearer link to the article and/or more information on what abuse occured I'll gladly take a look.
@edithgarrud@CF_Farrow Being scared of someone doesn't equate to abuse though. All I've seen so far is she didn't want this person involved in her operation because they were a trans woman who wanted to use the women's change room. Now, if abuse did occur or this person isn't trans, that's different.
