Yes at 16 a minor can consent to sexual activity. However, 17 is still legally considered a minor. Drake had sexual activity w a minor, so has diddy.

The 6 he requires, is able to carry the ball through those gaps of space, finding the passing lanes while the runners crash toward the back line creating multiple options from that deep 2/3
