@iam_mtm37 On the other hand, there r som ppl who are more doubtful even in simple cases, they take more time digging in, finding something rare, even if its not there. Their incompetence appears attractive though,but not really fruitful for the patients.

I know a doctor who worked 5 nights in last NHS strikes.
Total amount made in those 5 nights was more than what a doctor of same level makes in Pakistan in one full year.

فہیم صرف 22 برس کا تھا جب اسے گرفتار کیا گیا۔
زندگی کے سب سے خوبصورت اور قیمتی سال وہ پچھلے تین برس سے نا حق قید کی سلاخوں کے پیچھے گزارنے پر مجبور ہے۔ ایک نوجوان کی جوانی، اس کی پڑھائی، اس کے خواب، اس کی ہنسی، سب چھین لیے گئے۔ گھر میں اس کے ماں باپ اور بہن بھائی ہر دن اس کے انتظار میں گزارتے ہیں۔ ان کی ہر دعا میں صرف ایک نام ہوتا ہے، فہیم!

باقی ملٹری قیدیوں کی طرح فہیم کو بھی اپیل کا حق نہیں۔
اسے آج تک یہ نہیں بتایا گیا کہ اس کا جرم کیا تھا۔
اس کی سزا کے آرڈر کی کاپی بھی موجود نہیں۔

7 مئی 2025 کو سپریم کورٹ کی آئینی بنچ نے فوجی عدالتوں کو برقرار رکھتے ہوئے حکومت کو ہدایت دی تھی کہ 45 دن کے اندر پاکستان آرمی ایکٹ میں ترمیم کی جائے تاکہ سویلینز کو ہائیکورٹس میں اپیل کا حق دیا جا سکے۔

لیکن ایک سال گزر جانے کے باوجود نہ کوئی ترمیم کی گئی، نہ اپیل کا حق دیا گیا اور نہ ہی انصاف کے وہ تقاضے پورے کیے گئے جن کا وعدہ کیا گیا تھا۔ آج بھی متعدد خاندان انصاف کے منتظر ہیں۔
