Jokers. Ordered replacement Mustang wipers and you sent out wipers packed in March 2016. I now have to drive 10 miles to be able to return and get a refund which in a Mustang costs as much as the wipers now

@RobJenkins7 Whilst I’m fully behind the Police and the tough job they often have, it does seem desperately unfair that a hard working man with an exemplary record was punished with near catastrophic consequences and NO further action taken against the officers.

@RobJenkins7 This evidence was not made available at his first court hearing and perhaps understandably the magistrates believed the police account. This was presumably incorrect as evidenced in the footage that came to light later.

@RobJenkins7 Well done for getting this story out there. If my understanding is correct, the police car cam footage clearly shows no offence was committed. Yet on the statements from PC Hammond and the other officer the driver was convicted.

@volvocars 25 years of loyal Volvo ownership. Volvo offered me a deal on a new car. They messed up the Finance and affected my credit rating. They thought I had 2 agreements not 1. They wasted hours. I’ve asked 4 times for my £500 deposit to be returned. It hasn’t. Disgraceful.

@EE shocked and dismayed. 25+ years of being a high spending exemplary customer with an above average credit score. Nagged to upgrade and due to faulty i phone agreed contract £48 per month compared to £40 currently. Declined so bye EE 4 mobiles 3 broadband accounts gone. Idiots

@UKVolkswagen Now the sills are corroding (within the 12 year corrosion warranty period); Guess what VW agree, but refuse to honour the strict terms of their corrosion warranty (in others words so strict you can't claim).

@UKVolkswagen My daughter's pride and joy her VW Polo; less than 60,000 miles. Fully serviced, mainly by VW. In the last 12 months steering rack has failed, clutch has failed, front springs failed and lots more. When you are 19 and work evenings until midnight this is tough.
