I first met Josie back in 2018 at a @UKSportsInst profiling event. An approachable, self-driven, and inspiring individual, to say the least, impressions I'm sure she's also left on those whom she's crossed paths with.

Believe it or not, surfing is physically taxing.
Here’s a snapshot of my physiological status during the past October Surf Camp.

The Result? Completion.
As you can see, I was not recovering even up till the last day on 14 Oct.
But aside from general fatigue, I made all surf sessions without illness or injury and still had a blast.

“I’m going to stop working with my nutritionist”
“Why?”
“She wants me to try a lot of different things and it’s too overwhelming. I realised after 4 weeks that I’ve not even opened the nutrition plan.”
Less is more.
A simple plan > A sophisticated one.
