Dynamis
“The state of that which is not yet fully realized: POWER, POTENTIALLY.”
According to the Greeks, someone’s Dynamis was their “will to fight” or “will to win.”
Both definitions define who we are and what we do at DSP pretty darn well.
What does progress look like? THIS.
Ups, downs, plateaus… take a step back and look at the big picture to see the changes.
Show up, trust the process, work hard, and have fun doing it. Do that and you’ll go places in this world just like this young man.

We most commonly assign sled loads by percentage of body weight.
These percent ranges hold the athlete in a specific phase of the sprint by not allowing them to speed up past that phase.
Loads can be assigned to work on takeoff, peak power phase, acceleration, and top speed.
