"Lies take the elevator, but the truth slowly climbs the stairs"
In this Tenpenny-Redfield interview, our previous CDC Director, calls out:
- Covid is firstly a blood vessel disease, the respiratory issues are secondary and even less since Omicron
- MRNA Covid vaccines should be stopped. They unleash an unknown quantity of spike, which binds to AC receptors in the blood vessels, and creates enormous vascular inflammation.
- The non-MRNA J&J/AZ Covid shots directly caused blood clotting issues.
- Many "Long Covid" patients have microcoagulation and larger clots, that have to be removed or treated before the patients symptoms will improve. (In his practice, he uses stents and anticoagulant therapy)

My final post from Tokyo as I finish the Edogawa–McCairn Protocol. I have one more SGF on 7/12, but travel home will prohibit me from posting.
Patient #34 Reported Changes: June 30–July 12
Casey Sapp Primary symptom profile: Neurological Length of stay: 2 weeks DFPP/DFPA sessions: 3 SGF treatments: 12 doses at 20 mL each Clinic-reported amyloid burden: “High-moderate” to “low-severe”
Symptom-burden scale: 0 = none; 5 = severe. Fewer red circles indicate improvement.
Whole-body pain (myalgia): 🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴 → 🔴🔴⚪⚪⚪
Systemic flare-ups: 🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴 → 🔴🔴⚪⚪⚪
Headaches: 🔴🔴🔴🔴⚪ → 🔴⚪⚪⚪⚪
Brain fog and short/long-term memory difficulty: 🔴🔴🔴⚪⚪ → 🔴🔴⚪⚪⚪
Attention and concentration impairment: 🔴🔴🔴⚪⚪ → 🔴⚪⚪⚪⚪
Slowed cognitive processing (“cognitive RPMs”): 🔴🔴🔴🔴⚪ → 🔴⚪⚪⚪⚪
Fatigue and post-exertional malaise (PEM): 🔴🔴🔴⚪⚪ → 🔴🔴⚪⚪⚪
Peripheral neuropathy in my legs and feet: 🔴🔴🔴⚪⚪ → 🔴⚪⚪⚪⚪
Overall morning symptom burden: 🔴🔴🔴⚪⚪ → 🔴⚪⚪⚪⚪
Walking and gait difficulty: 🔴🔴⚪⚪⚪ → 🔴⚪⚪⚪⚪
Additional Changes I’ve Noticed:
- I can take a full breath more easily, with less air hunger. 🟢
- My circulation subjectively feels smoother, and my blood no longer feels as “thick” moving through my veins. 🟢
- My morning blood pressure had been around 150/90 after coffee. Recent readings have been closer to 120/75. 🟢
Additional Context:
- In July 2025, I completed three therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) sessions at Sanoviv in Mexico. Subjectively, I did not feel as well afterward as I do now.
- Overall, I feel approximately 70% better than when I arrived. That has exceeded my expectations for a two-week treatment period.
- I️ was hoping and expecting for a bit more improvement on the brain fog/attention side, and it is the one symptom that didn’t improve as much as hoped on a short timeline.
- I expect my autonomic and peripheral nervous systems will need time to establish a new homeostasis. I am hopeful that the gains will continue as my body settles over the coming weeks and months.
- I feel substantially more capable and functional now, but the real test will be whether these improvements remain durable several months from now.
- Waiting for @KevinMcCairnPhD to provide to me my new amyloid burden levels to see how things have improved quantitatively. TBD on timing.
These are my personal observations and patient-reported outcomes. Thank you to @KevinMcCairnPhD, @CharlesRixey, and the Edogawa nurses and team.
Pictures from Teamlab and Karuizawa, two trips I️ was able to do while here and feeling better.
@CaseySapp Casey, my daughter is an upcoming patient and we thank you for your posts and video. Can I ask if the Results Summary was provided by the Japan team, or did you get this from another source?
@orangekayflower@DeafVaxInjured@BenUSA1Hotmail She had symptoms all her life, and then worse after bouts of Covid and one vaccine. It didn’t manifest quickly enough to say which ( or both), and to us it doesn’t matter.
@DeafVaxInjured@BenUSA1Hotmail Have you had your conference with McCairn yet? Waiting for that is the hardest part. Then you can decide what is best for you. We are 5 weeks away from treatment, and we don’t plan to post her status on social media while in treatment. Only after.
Annelise is 29 and scheduled for treatment in Japan with microclots like Ben, POTS, GI and neurology issues, exhaustion. She has serious hEDS and has had these symptoms a long time, but much worse since Covid and the J&J. She gets around a little. Thanks for asking about us. We are anxious about how things will go, since we had symptoms before.
@mgoeas29 MG, thank you for posting updates about this journey. My daughter Annelise is scheduled for August, and these mean a lot to us. We are praying that this treatment will help you.
@CaseySapp Casey thank you for posts and videos. My daughter Annelise is scheduled for DFPA/SGF treatment in August, and they have meant so much to us. We will post more as we begin treatment. We hope for your continued recovery.
@GreenpharmO My daughter Annelise is scheduled for DFPA/SGF treatment in August, and we will post more then. We are following you and praying for your recoveries.
@Victoria_Parm Hi Victoria, my daughter Annelise is scheduled for treatment in August and we will post more when we get closer. We are following you and praying for Anthony’s recovery.
The McCairn-Edogawa Protocol is based on the research of Dr Kevin McCairn in collaboration with the Edogawa Hospital in Tokyo. Long Covid patients, who have been treated like burn pit victims for the past six years, are flying to Japan on their own dime for treatment. Hats off the Americans for showing such pioneering spirit🇺🇸 and to the Anglo-Japanese 🇬🇧🇯🇵 lab/hospital collab who persevered despite getting zero institutional support.
The McCairn-Edogawa protocol is featured in Well Being Journal. A typical high level review for a consumer journal, but happy to see the U.S. visibility. The article is not available online that I can find, print and reprint only.
If you don’t follow the McCairn-Edogawa protocol, getting your Patient # is a badge of defiance. It is a celebration of being acknowledged after years of being injured and invisible. It is an invitation, possibly, back to humanity. These victims sacrifice and wait, and cherish the day it comes, but often still afraid to hope again.
It is also one of the most expensive things many will ever buy.
If you can in anyway, please support Patient #45 with her fundraiser to help with the costs.
🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸
Today I’m especially grateful for everyone who has donated, shared my fundraiser, and helped me raise fund to get to Japan for treatment. I truly couldn’t do this without you.
At the same time, it’s hard knowing I have to leave my own country to receive the medical care I need. No one should have to travel halfway around the world in search of proper medical care.
As part of my treatment, I’ll be participating in clinical data collection (patient #45) that I hope will help bring this treatment to the United States one day, making it more accessible for others facing similar illnesses.
Thank you for believing in me, giving me hope, and helping make this journey possible. Wishing everyone a safe and happy Independence Day, and hoping this will be my last one stuck at home in bed instead of celebrating. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸
12 days until 🇯🇵

Important interview with Drs. Gerlach and Jaeger, on their new paper "Microvascular Erasure" post Covid. Highlights the role of microthrombi in the hypoxia and endothelial and organ damage that many patients suffer. These amyloidic microclots are pervasive in all cohorts: vaxxed and unvaxxed, and symptomatic and unsymptomatic. So far a small group are brutally sick, but the long term implications??
Kenny thank you for this video and I hope you can do it again. In your posts, you capture the essence of being at once injured and invisible. You are so good at it, I decided you could not possibly be the young man in the photo.
I was right, but for the wrong reasons. You are indeed no longer that healthy young man. My first prayer is that you can recover, and my second is that you continue to advocate for us.
