🚨 ARREST UPDATE

35-year-old Joseph Michael York was arrested 6/18 by Denver Police on suspicion of 1st Degree Murder in the fatal shooting of 25-year-old Elijah Barr on 6/7.

The shooting happened near Colfax and Dahlia.

York was reportedly arguing with a friend of Barr before the shooting. A witness who was with York told police that York shot Barr while he was lying on the ground in an attempt to get away from the gunshots.

York’s record shows a long pattern of violent offenses, weapons, drugs, burglaries, and repeated contact with the system.

Two years ago today, 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray’s body was discovered after she was murdered by two violent illegal aliens who were allegedly Tren de Aragua gang members.
