I am going to repost it here because it is worth shouting from the rooftops.

@GalPeach36278 found an H-1B visa holder who is suspected of illegal political donations. He donated 210 times to various Democratic campaigns. They include mainstream democrats such as Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. However, he also donated to more extremist democrats, such as Scott Wiener and Graham Platner.

This individual is a current employee of the @CollegeBoard. We found LCAs whom we suspect are his, but the evidence isn't strong enough. They also sponsor more than one H-1B visa per year.

The SAT and AP exams are so high-stakes for high schoolers that most Asian countries treat their equivalent examinations as state secrets. Any possible leak or appearance of unfairness is a national security risk, which these countries understood.

How can you expect the American public to have faith that the system is fair and secure when foreign nationals with no loyalty to America and no security clearance are the ones in charge of the most important examination someone will ever take in their life?

How is it acceptable that the @CollegeBoard does such a bad job doing employee background checks that @GalPeach36278 found his donations pre-dating his College Board employment by accident on a Sunday afternoon coming back from Church?

These donations are illegal for a foreign national without lawful permanent residence (also called a green card) and subject the individual making them to a visa revocation and possible deportation.

This is quite frankly unacceptable, and makes me doubt the integrity of the college admission system in America.
