@cremieuxrecueil I think your use of the Watten, Bistline, and Blanford's 2026 for electricity bills is a bit dishonest. Implying they future data centres may lower bills. Even those authors say that future data centres may increase bills. You'd criticise a leftist for smuggling in this claim.
@cremieuxrecueil but people are worried about future supply issues driving up bills. This paper and graph doesn't rebut that critique, and even the authors say that.
@finnrick_tests Thankyou for your service. Any plans to expand UK vendor coverage? >240k people using unlicensed GLP-1s here with no equivalent resource. Happy to chat about how a UK equivalent might work.
@DPJHodges Burnham keeps changing his positions: pro-EU now shelved that. Against reeves fiscal conservativism, now in favour. Wanted PR, now shelved that. Someone should ask him about palestine, see if he has changed his mind. Backtracker burnham is just starmerism with a regional accent
@reformparty_uk This is rubbish, best line is that he was for rejoining EU but now not. He was pro-PR, but now given up on that. He was against Reeves fiscal conservativism/austerity, but now he is in favour of it. Its just starmerism with a regional accent from backtracker burnham.
@shroomiedoom@fish_kyle3 The fisher/nagel pairing is really interesting. Did the welfare team consider what it means that the model gravitates toward a thinker who diagnosed structural suffering and couldn't survive it? Did the model say more?
