Extremely disappointed in @AmericanAir, as it sent a voucher for a flight THEY canceled due to hurricane impact (with NO communication about deadline) and then refused to honor it when I tried to book a flight 14 months later. Then said policy is credits expire in 12 months.

@AmericanAir Yes, you replied, but not in a satisfactory way. I believe it is completely unethical to not tell people an expiration date or list one on the credit itself online and then apply a seemingly arbitrary deadline. I obviously would have booked an American flight sooner if I’d known.

@danorlovsky7 @AndyHermanNFL Love has been extremely good in clutch situations the last three games, coming through on multiple third and fourth downs with perfect passes. Is he perfect? No, but nobody is. People forget 4 and 12 had plenty of clunkers amid their HOF careers. Very happy the Packers have 10.
