Wondering why @MalayanMICO_PH is so slow to process the claims. We sent the documents July and constantly following up but they cannot give us a feedback until now. I guess we have to change insurance companies next travel.

Kudos @TurkishAirlines for the swift baggage delay claims transaction! Their customer service is very responsive, too, since day 1 of incident.

Why can't other airlines do this? calling out @vueling, I've been following up for almost 2 months but no avail! >.<

Apparently, they don't compensate if you don't have a receipt of the items you bought will the luggage is away. So no compensation from them. Hopefully our personal insurance will compensate for it.

#baggagedelay #1 @easyJet lost our luggage on Jun4. Luggage was returned on Jun6 (a few hours before we leave the hotel for our next flight). Now, we need a document stating the date and time the luggage was retrieve but their hotlines and emails were unresponsive.

#baggagedelay #2 @vueling lost all 4 of our luggages last June 24. It's almost been a month. We also need a document from you stating the date and time our luggages were retrieved. The CSR I talked with yesterday said she will send this, but she did not. So slooooow!
