Gavin Newsom’s budget still includes $11.4 BILLION for FREE healthcare for illegal immigrants in 2025-26, almost the same amount as our $12 billion deficit.

Eliminating this one program could practically erase the deficit. Instead, is Newsom cutting funding for seniors, foster youth, childcare, and the developmentally disabled…all to protect this massive giveaway.

More bad news for California.

California regulators approve State Farm to raise premiums by a massive 17% for all of its home insurance customers.

A 15% increase for condo insurance.

A whopping 38% increase for rental dwellings.

And here’s the bigger problem.

According to a judge State Farm is not profitable in California and recommended that the parent company give State Farm $400 million cash infusion.

Worst case scenario is State Farm decides to no longer do business in California.

If that were to happen, the real estate industry will be affected by this.

Just last year data came out that 7% of loan for new properties fell through after they found out how much the actual cost of home owners insurance was.

In other words, “Bad policies have consequences!”
