Yesterday was week 1 of #embodied a project for women affected by trauma funded by @QNI_Scotland. 15 women showed up for a walk round Holyrood Park and a focus on being in nature. We helped each other out, shared lunch and talked about #community. @merrick_pope @CatrionaGrant
