@PNCBank_Help No thank you. I’ve spent HOURS on hold; being transferred, going to branches, etc. only to be treated like I AM the criminal. You have THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 19 years in corporate America. I have no desire to direct message details you’ll ignore.

Please for the love of God and your own financial security, NEVER set up an account with @PNCBank! They allowed a woman who stole my ID to walk into one of their branches and drain my account with zero secondary form of identification: no account number, nothing.

@PNCBank Funnily enough, whenever I call to work on this matter, @PNCBank won’t help me without me giving, over the phone, my full social security number and account number before they will even talk to me. And yet they let this woman walk in with a stolen ID and drain my account freely.

I was also just informed by @PNCBank that it can take up to 120 days for them to resolve these issues. 120 days.
