What a weekend in Provo, Utah ‼️
@CollegeGameDay reached 3M viewers from @BYU, making it the most-watched episode this season & the 3rd most-watched regular season episode EVER 📈
The Best Student Sections from Week 7 of College Football
In one the most insane weeks of College Football history, the student section ranking is all about the ROC 💙
BYU get the one and only 10 that will be given out this year. What an INCREDIBLE performance by the ROC, they stood all game, were extremely loud, and cheered at almost anything. Not only that but they had the best crowd in Gameday history. This was a very special weekend in Provo.
Was there time still on the clock when the ball hit the ground? Yes.
Is it also impossible for a ball to be snapped and the QB to take three steps before a second comes off? Yes.
Unfortunate that the game clock started late, but the time should have ran out.
And for anyone saying “maybe there was 4.9 seconds”, it doesn’t work that way. It’s 3.01-4.00 seconds that show 4 seconds. Otherwise, we get the Michigan second scenario where the clock would say 0 between 0.01-0.99.
BYU SHOULDN’T HAVE BEEN LEFT OUT OF THE PLAYOFF LAST YEAR.
BYU SHOULDN’T BE LEFT OUT OF THE CHRISTIAN CONVERSATION.
BYU SHOULDN’T BE DISRESPECTED FOR THEIR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS.
BYU SHOULDN’T BE LOOKED DOWN ON BY ANYONE.
BYU SHOULD BE THE #1 TEAM IN THE COUNTRY.
GOD’S PLAN!
✈️🏈 GET READY FOR THE RUMBLE OF JETS TONIGHT!
Listen up, Utah Valley! F-35A Lightning II fighter jets from Hill Air Force Base are set to fly over LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo just before kickoff of tonight’s top-10 showdown between the No. 8 BYU Cougars and No. 2 Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
The flyover will feature pilots from Hill’s active-duty 388th Fighter Wing and Reserve 419th Fighter Wing.
The jets will fly just 1,000 feet above the stadium, so residents in Utah Valley and surrounding areas should expect a much louder rumble than during typical flying operations.
Among the pilots taking part is Lt. Col. Jefferson Page, a BYU alumnus.
More than 40 maintainers and support personnel from Team Hill are working to make the flyover happen.
