Last month the Federal Court found this decision was flawed, and now have ordered the Government to remake its decision.

The project, which would see up to 240 helicopter flights a year to and from a private accommodation complex in the Walls of Jerusalem National Park, was deemed by the Commonwealth Government not to require an approval under EPBC Act.
