🇬🇷 Greece has activated the #EUCivilProtection Mechanism to help combat the devastating wildfires in the Alexandroupolis-Feres region.

We are mobilising 2 aircraft from Cyprus, and 12 vehicles and over 50 firefighters from Romania. In addition, 1 pre-deployed firefighting team from France is already operating in the area.
