DYK that the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding we administered to local partners has resulted in over $1.1 million invested in water security projects in the county since July 2025.
Excited to partner with El Dorado Resource Conservation District on a restoration project to fix the upper Cosumnes River watershed’s critical condition after years of drought and the catastrophic Caldor Fire. This project is critical for protecting the Grizzly Flats community.

A successful Farm Day is in the books! We partnered with El Dorado Irrigation District to teach students how water flows from the mountains to support Apple Hill and they had fun acting out a farm “water mystery” that connected the dots between water, ag lands, and our community!
