I have officially lost 20kg/44lbs since I decided to stop binging it’s been rough and I still have urges sometimes but we gotta look ahead and continue on this path. But i really hate how i lost this much and I still have a high BMI😫
Depression has been kicking my ass did not make much progress but I’ve been steady the last few months. New realistic goal of being 140lbs/ 63kg by the summer
