Took over the Amazon FBM shipments for a new client that was reportedly at risk of enforcement due to poor seller metrics.

A few hundred orders later:

• On-Time Delivery: ~3% increase
• Valid Tracking: ~6% increase (and growing)
• 0% late shipments
• 0% cancellations
• Amazon removed active account health alerts

Strong work by our ops + CX teams in less than 30 days 💪 Your 3PL matters, especially since we did this while reducing their costs.

We’ve been working with Passport for nearly 4 years now, we stumbled on them after we did a ton of research into Global-e and how restrictive they were for brands to get started with fair pricing.

I’m a little concerned for the future because of that, but happy for the Passport team. They’ve built an incredible product and deserve the fruits of their labor. Hopefully this acquisition is good for all DTC brands, but only time will tell!

We had splotchy FNSKU labels causing chargebacks in AZ.

@WestonCarlisle didn’t just fix it — he built a permanent solution:
→ Set up monthly preventative maintenance for all label printers
→ Deployed a Windows Task Scheduler job that auto-prints test labels at 2AM on the 15th
→ Added simple visual checks for print head issues
