@EMSAvenger I would think it is pretty easy to get diversity, the question is: what is they aren’t the best? Meaning do you want the best speakers or the most diverse?
@EMSAvenger May I ask, are you saying you want speakers that are diverse in color, religion, gender etc? If so, I say invite the best speakers. EMS education is often overlooked, don’t not have a great speaker to have a lesser one bcs you filled up that quota.
